Mail Wise, developed by Syntomo, is a fantastic way to organize your email on your Android device. If you have trouble managing multiple email addresses and you’d like a way to consolidate everything for streamlined reading and writing, this is the perfect app for you.

Concept and Functionality

As someone who has probably too many email addresses for one person, one of the things I struggle with on a regular basis is managing to find something to consolidate everything. There’s nothing worse than a messy inbox and emails that are littered with markup that make them almost impossible to read.

Mail Wise comes to the rescue by helping to clean your messages and inbox up.

I tend to try and tackle emails as they arrive, and I was happy to see that Mail Wise did a fantastic job of allowing me to quickly and easily handle tasks such as archiving and deleting messages.

One of my favorite things about Mail Wise, though, is the fact that it intuitively threads email messages together into clear conversations that are free of the typical markup that comes with replying to the same email multiple times.

Mail Wise Android App

Unlike a lot of Android email clients, Mail Wise makes it quick and easy to add a wide variety of email accounts to the app. In terms of usability and design, the app is fantastically sharp and easy to navigate. It’s definitely well-designed, which is an essential aspect of any mail app.

No matter where your email is hosted, Mail Wise will likely support it. This includes Exchange ActiveSync, Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail, Outlook, MSN, Gmail, and GMX. This means that pretty much everyone can take advantage of what Mail Wise has to offer.

The app also features quick email searches, meaning you likely won’t have a hard time digging up that old receipt from a year ago.

If you’re concerned about security, Mail Wise promises to be fully secure, primarily because it’s a client side email app. What this means is that it simply acts as a middleman between your email provider and you, and the app doesn’t store any information on servers or in databases. In the day and age of security breaches and password leaks, it’s nice to know that this is one less thing you have to worry about.

Mail Wise is available to download from Google Play for free, but this is only for a limited time. Whether you’re someone who has a ton of email addresses to manage or you’re just looking for a sleek and sharp Android email client, you certainly can’t go wrong with Mail Wise!
