When it comes to owning a small business, we’re not only the experts—we’re practically medal-sporting veterans at this point. We mention this not to brag, only to say that we wish Ondigo, from the company by the same name, a new CRM for the Android platform, had existed years ago.

ONDiGO Mobile CRM dramatically improves our workflow, speeds up our lives, and makes everything about small business communication, that much easier to deal with.

If that sounds like a deal you’d be interested in, then by all means: Head on down below for our full review. And if you’re like us, this little app may yet change your entire 9-5.

Concept and Functionality

The core idea behind Ondigo is so elegant and so straightforward that we can’t believe we’ve not seen it before. Essentially, the app acts as a tiny spider, crawling through your communications and logging valuable client information as you go. That might be confusing, so here’s an example:

Let’s say you meet someone at a conference that you’d like to follow up with. You can enter their information into your phone (including a handwritten note about your meeting) via Ondigo, and then shoot them a text. The app registers the contact entry, as well as the text, and tracks that interaction.

Now, what if that person calls you back and asks for a favor? Ondigo logs that the call happened, and then prompts you to enter a task, create a new note, or follow-up later.

This last one is incredibly useful. We cannot describe how many times we’ve ended a call and immediately setup a calendar entry seven days later for a follow-up. Now, all of that can be managed in one single application. Without ever having to touch the rest of your phone.

Design and Graphics

However, that’s not why we like Ondigo so much. Rather, it’s how bloody seamless the whole experience is.

This is truly one of the best ways to manage and organize your cellphone-based life.

For instance, not all calls are business-related. For those calls, just select the personal tab and Ondigo learns the difference. The immediate request for further information or contact is unbelievably useful, and we can’t imagine how we lived without it.

Not to mention the fact that Ondigo is stunning on the Android platform. Truly, this is one good-looking and easy to navigate application. Without a doubt, it fulfills everything it needs to with perfect hair to boot.

Overall Value

At the end of the day, if you’re small business owner looking for a new way to streamline and improve your workflow, this is it. We can’t imagine a better way to keep our calls, texts, and emails organized than through Ondigo. It’s quick, efficient and productive—everything a mobile CRM should be.

And with a free price tag, there’s no excuse for keeping the same old workflow. Ditch it now, and jump on the Ondigo train!
