Panda vs Zombies is a best-of-breed must-have action game if you’re a fan of shooting zombies under pressure.
Concept and Gameplay
Panda vs Zombies is one of those games that looks easy, yet is definitely anything but.
This action-packed shooter is loaded with awesome content, a ton of different weapons and power ups to use, and 100 levels to blast your way through.
When you first start playing Panda vs Zombies, you’ll go through a few easy levels, including a brief tutorial. In order to move your panda around the screen, you have two different joysticks on either side of your device.
The joystick on the left moves the panda around the map, and the joystick on the right changes the direction in which he faces.
Players can choose between two different gameplay modes: story mode and survival mode. In story mode, you’ll progressively unlock levels and earn a star rating based on your performance.
Survival mode requires you to use every ounce of skill you’ve acquired while playing Panda vs Zombies in order to endure wave after wave of hungry zombies.
As I mentioned before, I had a very difficult time putting down my Android tablet in order to start writing my review of Panda vs Zombies, and that’s only because the game is so darn addicting.
It truly is a pleasure to play, and it’s difficult enough to keep you on your toes but not impossible to the point where you want to uninstall the game.
One of the things I really like about Panda vs Zombies is that you don’t have to worry about firing your weapon, you only have to move the panda around the screen and avoid zombies. Your weapons will automatically fire themselves.
As you progress through levels in story mode or test your skills in survival mode, you’ll earn coins based on your overall score. These coins can be spent increasing various skills so you can improve your panda’s attack damage, life, and unlock additional weapons.
It takes a little time to earn coins when you first start playing Panda vs Zombies, but once you get to higher levels and destroy more zombies, you’ll notice that your purse will fill up a bit quicker.
Panda vs Zombies is available to download from Google Play for free and doesn’t include in-app purchases or advertisements.
What you see is what you get, and what you get is an incredible zombie game that’s about as good, if not better than some of the most popular zombie titles that actually cost money.
Overall, I simply can’t recommend Panda vs Zombies enough if you’re looking for a fun new game to try. It features plenty of playability, room for growth, and hours upon hours of continuous zombie slaying entertainment.
Panda vs Zombies requires Android 2.3+. A small expedite fee was paid to speed up the publication of this review.
