If you’re like me, you use your mobile devices on a regular basis in order to keep track of important notes and things you have to do. It’s important to find the right productivity app that fits your needs, and Tasks & Notes for MS Exchange is definitely a viable option.

Developed by UniqTec, Tasks & Notes for MS Exchange is a feature-rich GTD app that’s perfect for Microsoft Exchange users who are looking for a way to keep data synced between their Android device and their account.

Concept and Functionality

One of the first things I look for in a productivity app like Tasks & Notes for MS Exchange is ease of use. This is primarily because complicated and clunky apps will lead to a decrease in productivity, which is exactly what the user doesn’t want.

Connecting your Exchange account to Tasks & Notes for MS Exchange is a breeze and should only take new users a few minutes to do.

Once you’ve added your Exchange account, you can immediately begin adding various tasks and notes into the app. Tasks & Notes for MS Exchange does a fantastic job of giving users total control over task and note parameters, organization, and much more.

When it comes to overall usability, Tasks & Notes for MS Exchange is incredibly user friendly. To list everything that the app is capable of would be pretty difficult (plus you can see all features for yourself on the app’s Google Play page), but the main goal every productivity app should have is to offer the best user experience possible.

I’m pleased to say that Tasks & Notes for MS Exchange not only meets expectations, but exceeds them.

Features

As you can probably imagine, Tasks & Notes for MS Exchange is packed with awesome features. This includes the ability to create favorite sub folders and categories, add rich text formatting to notes, and assign tasks to others in your network or prioritize them for easy reference and access.

For staying up to date, this productivity app has you covered by providing direct push and ActiveSync support, including non Microsoft solutions such as Zimbra, IceWarp, Kerio, Z-Push, Horde, Tine and others.

Tasks & Notes for MS Exchange also allows uses to quickly and easily share notes and tasks via third party apps and services, which is a great way to share notes and tasks with others who might not be in your Exchange network.

Value

Tasks & Notes for MS Exchange is available to download from Google Play for free, and you’ll have to pay a one time fee of $4.99 for the full version across all Android devices.

The good news is that new users have a 14 day trial period for the full version, which is the perfect way to put Tasks & Notes for MS Exchange to the test and make sure it’s the right app for you.

Overall, Tasks & Notes for MS Exchange is an incredible GTD app for Microsoft Exchange users who are looking for a tool to keep everything in sync on their account. I highly recommend it if you’re serious about task and note management.

  1. Very well written application. Easy to use and never have any problems with it. If you use Tasks and Notes like I do every day, you must get this App. 5 Stars for sure….

  2. I can synchronize tasks from Android to my PC outlook.
    But not the other way.
(Mail and calender works fine – both ways)

    • i wish if reminder pop ups come whenever a task or checklist item is due individually. when we go to app, we do not know which task reminder has been received or over due
