Written Android App Review
Everyone remembers playing this game when they were little. It went something like this. Open the little tube, pour the sticks out on the ground, pick a few up and then watch as the game quickly dissolved into a round of “throw the stick at your friend/sibling” until Mom figured out what you were doing and took it away. Fun times. And now you can have those same fun times any time you want right on your Android device. Only this time the game won’t let you cheat.

Gameplay
When we performed the android app review I enjoyed the gameplay. Here’s how it works. When you open the Android app game, your screen will fill with a huge number of little sticks. Then paying attention to how the sticks are laying, choose the top one to make it disappear. Sticks will disappear one at a time until you have cleared the screen and the game is over. Since it is a single player game in this format, each round is also timed, challenging the user to work faster and faster as they work to beat their own best score.
But is it fun? Yeah, for a round or two. It’s one of those games that you could use to kill time as you waited at the doctor’s office or anywhere else where noise was frowned upon. But it’s probably not one will pull you in and have you reaching for your phone every time you have a spare minute or two.
Graphics
The graphics for Pick A Stick Android app are great, and they actually make the app more enticing than it would be otherwise. Why? Because if the sticks were hard to see, then the user would just get frustrated and walk away. Good graphics make for a good game, and in this case, make the game more fun to play.
Value
When you look at value, you are trying to determine if you are getting your money’s worth out of the app at hand. In the case of Pick A Stick that would definitely be true. Its a free app. You risk nothing by downloading it. So, why not take it for a test drive? After all, everyone needs something new every now and again and this might just prove to be your new favorite app.
Pick A Stick is a fun, well put together app that is perfect for making the time pass when you need something new. Its not overly challenging, but sometimes you’re not looking for a challenge. Look at this app for what it is and just have fun with it. Besides, it kind of grows on you!
