Written Android App Review
Ever since I got my first Android device I have been on the hunt for that perfect photo editor. One that is easy to use, adds personality to my pics and then lets me send them where ever I want to. Also I want it to work each and every time I open it up and, I want it to keep the permissions to a minimum!
Is that too much to ask?
Well, up until this point is has been! But today we are going to take a look at the new BeFunky Photo Editor Pro Android app. This Android app is packed full of features and seems to have everything I’ve been searching for all in one easy to use app. But is it that perfect photo editor of my dreams? Let’s read my Android app review and find out.

Features
With 50 different photo effects and 40 frames, BeFunky Photo Editor Pro is definitely heavy on the features! In fact, with this many choices, it would be easy for this Android app to get bogged down in controls and menus….but it doesn’t. I love how with BeFunky Photo Editor Pro everything is well laid out and easy to find. Just select your photo and make any changes you might want with nothing more than the swipe of a finger.
The only thing missing was the ability to add color to select areas of black and white photos. This is a feature that I have seen with other Android photo editors and it would round out the features of BeFunky Photo Editor Pro very nicely! Add that and the app would earn a full 5 stars in this category.
Functionality
The true test! Did BeFunky Photo Editor Pro work well on my Android device? Yes, it did! I had absolutely no trouble with this app during the review process. It loaded perfectly and gave me absolutely no trouble what so ever.
Also, I think that I should point out how smoothly the app ran. While working with the BeFunky Photo Editor Pro Android app, there was no lag time at any point. The app loaded quickly each time it was pulled up and ran perfectly!

Fun Factor
Is it fun? In short, yes! This Android app is a blast to play with. Mostly because it works so well. You get to spend your time actually working with your photos and not waiting for one menu or another to load. The effects are quite varied and you have a huge amount of freedom when it comes to editing your photos.
The only downside I found was that the resolution wasn’t quite as high as I would like to see. I mean, the photos looked great on my Android, but they didn’t have that same crisp clarity when I moved them over to my computer.
Value
So, did I finally find my perfect photo editor with BeFunky Photo Editor Pro? I got pretty darn close! The app is a bit on the high side at $3.99, but I think that it would be worth it if you enjoy both taking and editing pics. If you want to give it a dry run and try before you buy, then there is also a free version in the Android Market. Either way, this is an Android app that is definitely worth checking out on your own.
