Written Android App Review
There are games, and then, there are games! The kind that pull you in and leave you sucked into your Android device to the point where you lose track of time and are amazed that you forgot about dinner altogether. Okay, that might be a bit of a stretch, but you get the point. Me? I am always looking for that next great Android game. The one that I can’t live without and the one that is destined to become my chief number one time waster.
Doodle Fit
I tend to go for puzzle games, ones that make me think and stretch my mind in new and exciting ways. Lucky for me, there is no shortage of this type of puzzle Android apps. Even better, many of them are a good time. But few cross the line into great. Today we are going to take some time getting to know Doodle Fit. This new puzzle Android app bills itself as the “most addicting game ever.” Big words. And we are going to find out if Doodle Fit has what it takes to back up those big words.
Game Play
When I played Doodle Fit for my Android app review, I found that you start out with several Tetris style shapes as well as a blank outline. Your job is to fill in the outline using only the shapes you’ve been given. The premise is simple, as most good puzzle games are, but its not as easy as it looks. Which should be expected!
In terms of functionality, the game worked great. Honestly couldn’t have asked for more on that front. It loaded well, ran smoothly and there wasn’t a force close in sight. Two thumbs up!
Fun Factor
This is not the first Android game of this style that I have played, but Doodle Fit does a nice job of providing a large variety of levels while also giving you a choice of themes and the ability to save up to 5 different profiles.

And when I say a large variety of levels, I mean over 100 different levels with over 250 different possible solutions!
I take the time to point this out because Doodle Fit is not a free Android app. It costs a whopping $1.31. There are so many free games out there that when I see one with a price tag, I expect it to offer me more. Doodle Fit does just that. They take their free version (and yes, there is a try before you buy free version) and bump it up to the next level.
And in terms of the fun factor…I’m hooked! I seriously can’t put it down. The game is a blast and its one that I’m definitely going to be keeping on my phone for a long time to come.
Share Worthiness
Would I share the Doodle Fit Android app with those that I know and love? Absolutely! As long as they like puzzles that is. This Android app hits all the high points and delivers a great game from start to finish. It functions great, offers a fun selection of features and is addictive as all get out. At the very least you should take the time to download the free version and take it for a spin. I can promise that this is one Android app that won’t disappoint.
