For now, the Nothing Like Australia Android app will have to do. This Android app gives users a look at dozens of Australia’s best sights, sounds and tastes.
Each experience is illustrated with a beautiful picture, a short description and location information. Scroll through lists of experiences by category, location, type or proximity to your current location. There is also an option to save experiences to your favorite list to peruse later, say while you are on your way to a fabulous Australian vacation, perhaps.

After all, this is a tourism app. Even for a landlubber like myself, the images and info in this app are extremely interesting in beautiful. Save to favorites or share with easy bottom of the screen buttons.
I especially like the categories organized by experience type. Focus on the items you are interested in, such as food and wine, coastal fun or Aboriginal adventures.
