Written Android App Review
As I sit down to write this Android app review I am struggling as to how to put this amazing Android app into words. Apparatus is more than just a building app or a contraption app or even a problem solving app, it is like having legos, linkin logs, kinex and every other type of creative building material all rolled into one fantastically fun little Android app.
And that is just the beginning!
I’m honestly amazed at what this developer has put together and we are still looking at the Beta version! Know what that means? It means that things are only going to get better from here.

Features
Let’s talk about how it works, shall we? When you sit down for a game you are given a problem, one which requires you to move a few small marbles from one area of your Android screen to another.
Sound easy? I’m betting you realize that things will be a bit more complicated than that!
To get those marbles to move, you are going to have to build. It may involve cables. It may involve batteries. It may even involve you having to build a bridge! Doesn’t matter what it involves, your job is to come up with the perfect Apparatus for getting the job done!
What do I love? I love that the game is open ended and that you have the option of uploading and sharing your levels with other players. I also love how well the Apparatus Android app is put together and how smooth the game plays. And I love that this is a brand new game that is just getting started!

Functionality
As I mentioned earlier, the game works perfectly. I had no problems with force closes and no issues with Apparatus freezing or slowing down on me. Again, this game is in BETA! If they are still working out the kinks, yet already have it to this level then I can’t wait to see what the polished version will look like.
Also I am super happy to announce that there are a whopping two permissions saddled up with Apparatus. Yep, you heard right 2! This the perfect way to take a good Android app and shoot it straight through to great!
Here’s the downside. At this time Apparatus is only available to a very select group of Android users. If your device isn’t on the list, then you don’t get to join in the fun! Now…I fully realize that the current version is the public beta version and that this list will grow with time, it just stinks to see such limited options paired up with such a great Android app.
Fun Factor
For me the Apparatus Android app is a must see! This is a well put together well thought out game that will keep you coming back for more time and time again. It is one that pulls you in and leaves the wheels turning long after you have managed to move on to something else. It is definitely worth the $1.92 price tag and it is definitely an Android app to share with anyone who loves a good puzzle.
I’ll be honest and admit that it’s hard to sit here and type out this review when my eyes keep sliding over to my Android. Apparatus is waiting, and I for one am up to the challenge.
