Written Android App Review
There are literally dozens of health and fitness applications in the Android Market. Despite of or perhaps because of the saturated marketplace, the Android app Fit App from Health Matters sets itself apart as a wellness app.
It’s time to start paying attention to health indicators that actually matter. If you are ready to get serious about your health and take the process to the next level get ready to dive in to my Android app review of Fit App.
Features
Fit App is not your run of the mill food tracker of exercise suggester. It’s a whole lot more. This Android app actually lets you maintain a record of fitness tests so you can gauge your progress much more accurately than you can with some fly by night app.

Some features might look familiar, such as the user info area where you will input your age, height and current weight. After that, all bets are off.
The Fit App Android app will help you learn how to gather important statistics such as your resting heart rate, blood pressure, body fat measurements and even your ideal training zone and one rep max. How? With extremely useful info tabs that give you voice guided walk throughs for collecting data.
And, of course, all that info is entered and tracked right in Fit App. You can monitor your progress easily in chart form. Like I said, this ain’t your momma’s health and fitness app, but maybe it should be.
Layout & Design
Needless to say, the Fit App Android app holds a ton of pertinent health information at any given time. This info is organized by category on the home page. And that’s it.
There’s nothing flashy or overwrought about Fit App’s design scheme. It is pleasant enough, with simple clean lines. I choke the straightforward design up to the app’s serious nature. This isn’t the sort of application you’ll pull out to do tricks on at a party. Your health is a serious matter. Finally there’s an app that takes it seriously too.
Functionality

Fit App
One appreciable difference between Fit App Android app and others is the stability. When you pay for an application in the Android Market, generally those apps have been developed more carefully.
I have opened the Fit App Android app, poked, prodded, filled out, listened to and otherwise put it through its paces, hard. There was nary a dip or bobble, not even a glimmer of an operating issue.
If you’re looking for an app that won’t leave you hanging, Fit App is the answer.
Value
The Fit App Android app costs $4.05. That may be a bit more than you’re used to spending, but if you want a high quality app sometimes you have to spend a little green.
Think of it this way, $4.05 could buy you a piece of cake, or it could put an incredibly stable app that gives you new insights into your fitness routine in your hands. It’s not a hard decision. If you want to get serious, get Fit App.
