Written Android App Review

Are heroes born or made? Answer that epic question, roam a world full of wonder and craft your own destiny in Inotia3: Children of Carnia Android app.

In my Android app review of Inotia3: Children of Carnia you’ll find out why this RPG adventure app rises above the competition and is one of my favorite Android app’s I’ve reviewed in months.

Gameplay

In classic RPG style the Inotia3: Children of Carnia Android app starts out with a story line and a bit of a tutorial. Never fear! Soon it’s on to battles, spells and a growing cast of characters.

Inotia3: Children of Carnia

The idea is to lead Lucio and a cast of five other characters you will collect along the way on an epic quest. You may start out as a lonely kid who has trouble swinging a sword, but destiny and glory have other ideas for you.

Along the way you will collect potions, weapons, friends and foes in this epic story. There are 230 quests to complete throughout the game and over 130 unique maps to explore. Battle your way through the world and complete quests to gain levels and skill points.

The rich variety of baddies, NPCs and constantly improving gear keep Inotia3: Children of Carnia Android app from growing stale. You can also save multiple games to try one of six different types of characters. I’m a big fan.

Storyline

With so many RPGs out there, one thing that can help set an app apart is the story line. At first I was a little reluctant to give Inotia3: Children of Carnia many props for their story line, but the further I got into the app the more impressed I was.

Writers balance an epic story line that harkens back to other Inotia RPGs, several different races and a generous smattering of goofy humor quite well. It wasn’t earth shattering, but a story line that starts out much like Zelda grew into something special. Bonus points.

User Interface

Inotia3: Children of Carnia

With any Android app, screen space is a concern (unless you are playing it on a handy dandy tablet). On screen controls are kept small and easy to use in Inotia3: Children of Carnia Android app.

The only issue I experiences is occasionally hitting the expanded menu button while trying to navigate to the left, but all that does is pause the board, so it’s no big deal.

Graphics & Design

The graphics in Inotia3: Children of Carnia are simple but pleasant. Nothing groundbreaking about the work here. I do appreciate that story line blurbs are easy to read. Otherwise the design work is unremarkable.

Value

Variety and a fetching story line extend Inotia3: Children of Carnia Android app’s shelf life well past the normal app on my phone. That’s value folks. This app is also free, with the occasionally ad to support it. Download it, you won’t regret it.
