Gameplay
Cows Vs Aliens
Using your fingers as digital lassos, it’s your job to herd cows into your barn in the Cows Vs Aliens Android app. Do this by simply touching and holding a finger or fingers on the screen then using them to encourage the cows towards the barn at the top of the screen.
Just when you think you’ve got the hang of it, aliens in flying saucers invade your range. Use your finger lassos to herd them off the screen or off the ledge. Just don’t let them probe your barn, or it’s curtains!
Success is measured in milk points. Use these points in the milk store to purchase upgrades for your farm or unlock additional seasons and levels in the game.
There’s also a timed function in the game. The more cows you herd into the barn, the more time you earn. So really the challenge is to find that fine balance between defeating pesky aliens and ushering cows into the barn.
Cows Vs Aliens gets quite challenging. Although the idea is simple, the game is really very fun. Wanna be cowboys are going to freak.
Layout & Design

The cows, aliens and other graphics in the Cows Vs Aliens Android app are insanely adorable. Bright colors, clear graphics and simple, effective controls are a good way to impress me, and this app delivers it all.
I do think the lasso controls are a bit large. Despite the app’s attempt to keep controls out of the way, the game screen feels a bit crowded at times. It’s probably because of the ledges you push the aliens off.
A simple attack option with the lasso might be easier to control and free up some screen space. Just a suggestion.
Functionality
Unfortunately I found myself accidentally closing the Cows Vs Aliens Android app a lot in the process of wrangling aliens off the ledge. The ledge is right next to my Android’s menu and back buttons. A single tap closes out the game and usually loses your progress.
That frustration aside, I enjoyed the Cows Vs Aliens app a lot. The app is extremely responsive, does not lag or freeze up, and runs perfectly on my phone. Just tweak that cliff business and I’ll be on board.

The Cows Vs Aliens Android app is free to download and enjoy from the Android Market. It quickly became obvious that developers intend to support the app with in-app purchases. Earning milk points is such slow business, if you want to make any fast progress you’re going to have to shell out some dough.
So buyer beware: there are sneaky money making tactics throughout this game.
