AndMade Share Pro: Written Android App Review
Ever wanted a little more power in the share feature in Android? AndMade Share Pro, from the Android developer with the same name, offers an advanced share application on the AndroidOS. It’s available for $1.00 through the Google Play store. Also available is a free version AndMade Share.
Features
What exactly is a “share” app? In short, several apps have built in share features with them, allowing the users to share notes, images, videos and so on. When users take a photo on an Android device, the photo may be shared through the Gallery view. A ‘share’ app, like Andmade Share Pro, allows the user greater control over the basic Android share function.
Designed as a replacement for the default Android system share list, Andmade Share Pro offers several unique features to further increase productivity. Andmade Share Pro allows the user to share any note from their applications with others. It basically adds a ‘Andmade Share’ option to the Complete Action-popup. Furthermore, Andmade Share Pro isn’t limited to just sharing to one application at a time. Instead, users can elect to share to multiple applications via a simple checkbox interface.
Also of note is the fast share option that some applications have. Users will be happy to know Andmade Share Pro is compatible with this fast share feature (as found in Evernote and other apps). Applications to be shared to can be grouped together (Facebook with Google + and so on) using Andmade Share Pro. If users have unused share elements, they may remove or ‘hide’ these options from the share menu, allowing for more efficient processing.
When sharing, users can set a default message which may be inserted as well via email. There’s also options for Wi-Fi only use before sending fast shares and separate accounts to be used for fast share message with Andmade Share Pro. Overall, the additional share options in Andmade Share Pro allow for impressive flexibility and improved functionality for file shares on Android devices. I was most happy with the additional “multishare” feature in Andmade Share Pro-it’s awesome to be able to share an image through multiple channels at once, instead of individually.
Graphical Layout
Since Andmade Share Pro app basically adds an additional popup menu to the Android system, the actual app isn’t heavily used, except to occasionally adjust settings. The app itself rocks a fairly standard layout, very similar in style to that of the basic Settings menu included Android. Nothing too fancy to report here! Fortunately, the simply layout allows for very easy use. I was almost quite impressed with the included tutorial on how to use the app. This tutorial is very well designed and isn’t too long or heavy on unnecessary details.
Value
Andmade Share Pro is available for $1.00 through Google Play. I think it’s a great app and truly worth the low $1.00 price. The improved productivity and functionality I enjoyed as a result of Andmade Share Pro definitely made my Android experience my enjoyable. The low system requirements was also a nice feature. I think anyone who regularly uses the share features in Android, be it for images or other files, definitely should get Andmade Share Pro. However, for users hesitant to purchase it, consider trying out the free version of Andmade Share, also through Google Play.
