GymProvise is a complete personalized trainer and exercise management system. It offers over 350 cardio and strength training exercises for you to choose from. These can be viewed individually, or through the fantastic exercise program utility in the app. If you choose to go the program route, you can select a track and then watch your exercise routine progress on the app Charts page. Each exercise comes with visual imagery and clear instructions, number of reps, etc. Some also have a built-in timer to keep you moving. Exercise tracks range from several varying difficulty levels, with ‘random’ options built in, if selected, to keep things interesting. I was very impressed by the sheer number of useful exercises in the app, along with the awesome tracking programs and charting options in GymProvise. There is also some social media integration, with the ability to share parts of your routine on Facebook. The app also very easy to use while exercising, something that I could really appreciate when I was crunched for time. I’ll be using GymProvise in my workouts from now on!
Appearance and Layout
GymProvise is a sweet-loooking app. It almost screams ‘slick’ with its polished layout, nifty graphics, and clear-cut instructions. The charting mechanism looks fantastic on Android and really helps motivate you to keep pushing onward in your exercise routine. Developers, please take a look at GymProvise as the standard for graphical quality in an app! Finally, the images (choose if you want to download them or not, depending on your network and data plan), are great. A few additional ones, showing the various movements, wouldn’t hurt, even if it was just one or two more frames.

So, GymProvise is awesome. Get it. That’s all I’m going to say.
Gotcha! Just kidding. But seriously, I was very impressed with GymProvise. Sure, it’s a paid app, but it is absolutely jam packed with useful exercise routines and tracking. The ability to choose from and setup various GymProvise fitness programs, including 10 different ones with varying difficulty levels, is great. I also really like the tracking of the app, with the timer and the charting features, allowing you to watch your progression over time. The logs feature is also great, as is the excellent graphic design and layout of GymProvise. So, if you need the extra motivation and recording capability of an exercise log with suggested routines, please, do yourself a favor and start GymProvising now!
