TapeACall for Android is a new high quality phone recording app from TelTech Systems Inc that uses your phone’s conference call capability to tie in to TapeACall’s recording service. The call recording is stored in the cloud (e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive, Evernote) so you can access the recording even without your phone. Note that TapeACall requires your carrier supports 3-way conference calling, which is very common and most likely available on your phone.
Android Apps Review Details: TapeACall Android is free to evaluate but requires a paid upgrade to listen to your full recordings. This app’s Android requirement requires 2.1 and up. A small expedite fee was paid to speed up the publication of this review.

Beware..This app is misleading as they claim to delete the call records from their server when you delete it from your device, however it is STILL stored on their servers forever and you can still access the call if you know the right URL. Very bad for privacy, would not recommend.
