This free app helps you calculate how much help you’ll need by measuring the contents and estimating their size and weight. Then it helps you find movers in your area and provides them an estimate of what they’ll have to haul, including fragile items which take a little more care. It even gives movers a general map of the current arrangement so everything can be arranged just-so in the new place.

Learn about movers in your area with this free app that includes reviews from other users. Create a checklist of what’s going, and find tips to keep everything together, especially your sanity. It’s designed for everyone from people new at this to frequent movers.

For those heading to a new community without a place to stay, this app helps you connect with available apartments or homes. You can also search by type of move, such as a short-term stay for college, an extended stay or if you need special resources for seniors.

It never hurts to take a closer peek at a new home beyond just a small online photo. This app is helpful for amateurs and also for pros in the building field. Though your bank may still recommend a professional inspection, this one will at least give you basic data of the condition of different areas of a home, like the roof, electrical system, HVAC and plumbing.
