FPse for android
Android App Press Release by AndroidAppsReview.com
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
December 11, 2014 – Schtruck & LDchen has released FPse for android, a PSone (also known as PSX or Playstation 1) emulator for handheld devices. It is the fastest and most complete such emulator on the market today with over 340 games tested and working.
FPse utilizes OpenGL to deliver a significantly improved PSX emulation experience. With it gamers can render their favorite PSone games in high resolution that is up to 4X the native resolution of the game, and then generate an ISO image of it for use on their Android device.
Additionally, OpenGL enables FPse to render smooth graphics in high definition without sacrificing quality for speed - it’s the closest thing to having a real PSone console in your hand!
Users will be thrilled with the developer’s attention to detail. Its advanced UI can easily scan and draw covers of games automatically, it does wide screen rendering to show more detail without stretching, it provides force feedback, a guncon emulation mode so you can use your finger to shoot, and full support for many standard gaming controllers such as Xbox 360 pads, PS3 Sixaxis pads, MOGA controllers, Nvidia Shield and many more.
An additional capability that make this emulator stand so far above the rest is its exclusive multi player mode whereby multi player games that would normally use up to four different devices now run on a single device with other Android devices used simply as remote pads.
As impressive a product as this is, the developers are already rolling in some exciting new capabilities. The experimental LAN multi player mode, for example, uses two Android devices to allow two player mode with games that weren’t made for it, such as Tekken3.
AndroidAppsReview.com recently lauded FPse with its highest 5 Star Rating and said “It’s quick, it’s gorgeous, and it works without any flaws. And honestly, emulation doesn’t get any better than that.” They then went on to say “To guys like me, that’s just about the pinnacle of gaming. I adore old games like Spyro, and Final Fantasy. Having those in my pocket, much less beefed-up versions with true, visualized control pads and 100% complete gameplay . . . that’s absolutely priceless.“
FPse is available to download from the Google Play Store for the bargain price of only $3.65. FPse will run on any smartphone or tablet running Android 2.1 or above. You can also view the FPse for Android trailer.
