The app is developed by RA-Fit Club and tracks and assesses your daily progress seamlessly and in much detail.
Features
When you initially load RA-Fit, you will be prompted to create a new account if you are not already registered. Next you will need to assess your body composition details such as height, weight, and blood pressure, and input them into the app’s database.
You can also have the option of inputting your skin fold and body girth measurements if you have the numbers handy. Select the body type that best describes your overall fitness goal, along with the daily activity that you perform on average.
Track your daily fitness activities along with nutritional intake detail and revise any physical changes on your body accordingly. As you add more information with every passing day, you will be able to see your progress and change for the better in no time.
