If you love flying sims or battle games then this title’s realistic WW2 flying experience is going to get your motor running - guaranteed.

Air Combat Pilot: WW2 Pacific, from eV Interactive LLC, is a game that comes with a ton of content. A key part of what we love is the range of aircraft you can choose from. The more than a dozen iconic WW2 fighting planes range from trainers to get you going, to advanced aircraft to test your mettle.
Once you’re in the air you can check out 40 missions, 160 objectives and over 50 achievements to unlock. And as if that isn’t enough, you also get unlimited Scramble missions and free-flight play.
We cut our teeth on flight sims but the flying experience in this game adds so much more to just a realistic flying experience. We literally could not put it down!
If you need to start with a trainer, fine. Either way make sure you check out the Hellcat and Catalina. So much fun.
The graphics are outstanding although along with the sound effects there’s room for improvement. We can’t complain too much though since overall the quality is excellent.
Gameplay
When playing Air Combat Pilot: WW2 Pacific you will notice that each aircraft has a different piloting experience, so you do get quite a lot of replay value. Plus since it’s more of an arcade-type of control it really doesn’t take too long to get good at it.
On top of that, the title prides itself with its variety and complexity. Across all the options and upgrades we suspect you don’t have to ever play the same game twice.
The overall gaming experience is amped by the many options such as the variety of weapons at your disposal and all the missions available.
Each time you play you will find more stuff to tackle and despite offering so much variety, the game allows you to learn all the necessary skills you need. So, if you spend some time with it, and you definitely should, you’ll be able to enjoy everything the devs worked so hard to include.
For those somewhat new to this type of sim game, the training missions are very well done and will get you up to speed with little frustration.
Once you get the hang of it though, you won’t be able to put your phone away as you will play this title quite a lot.
It’s a very cool experience for those that want to feel how it really is to pilot a WW2 war plane.

Air Combat Pilot: WW2 Pacific is free to download and has a price of $2.99 to remove ads. There also other IAP options to purchase upgrades and add-ons but you have plenty of time to decide if you’ll keep playing it before spending a penny.
It’s lots of fun, the graphics are very good and at the same time you get those realistic battle engagements that really up the ante when it comes to the overall quality of the simulation aspect.
As a whole, Air Combat Pilot: WW2 Pacific is a great game so if you’re looking for a great, quality aircraft battle simulator, you just found it.
