Android App Review by AndroidAppsReview.com
Enjoy playing couples games like Truth of Dare with your sig other? Or maybe you’d like to see how well you know each other?
PSIQUPE Couples if a fun new couples app that let’s you play some games, see how compatible you are and just learn more about each other.
Features
Online compatibility tests or couples board games are a dime a dozen, so why would you care about this app? Trust us on this one, PSIQUE Couples brings it all together in a very entertaining and informative, way.
Instead of just providing a selection of random compatibility questions and score you on your answers, this app provides key categories for you to explore.
Once you and your partner register and get your IDs, you then each enter the other’s ID to get paired up and you’re good to go.
There are two games, Erotic Dice and Truth or Dare, under Games for 2, and a nice assortment of categories and questions under “Ask (partner’s name here)”.
You can probably guess what Truth or Dare is all about. As for Erotic Dice, we encourage you to try it and report back in the comments below. We think it’s pretty cool.
You get 500 points to start and you then use those points to leave messages (5 pts each) or ask questions, such as “How many times a week do you touch yourself?”. You can assign a value to the question from 20 to 60 pts that your partner will receive as a reward for answering it.
Once you use up all your points you have to wait a day for 500 more. You can also get some points for watching video ads.
Unfortunately PSIQUPE Couples, developed by Psiqupe, has some frustrating edges that need to be polished. For example, if you touch the 3 dots to get the main menu, selecting “Settings” or “Delete Profile” crashes the app. The “About Us” option doesn’t do anything.
Note that the options “Exit” and “Logout” are different. If you use “Exit” you don’t need to enter your login info when you restart the app. Use “Logout” for that.
There are also a bunch of language errors that just make the app seem unfinished. One example is if you play the game “Truth of Dare” one of the questions is “would your child you be proud of who and what you are?”
On the UI side, when you try to answer a question from your partner you cannot use only one or two characters, the answer has to be at least three. So, you can’t just say “no” or indicate that you want “1” child.
Appearance and Layout
PSIQUPE Couples sports a very clean and straightforward design that’s a pleasure to use.
No directions or instructions are necessary to use this app. There are options along the bottom to view your progress, ask your partner a question, start a game, see your pending questions and claims, and create or views lists. One of the tabs, “Utilities” doesn’t do anything.
The foundation for much more is in place and we look forward to the developer filling out the app with more games, questions, and entertainment.
Value
PSIQUPE Couples is free of charge with ads showing at the bottom. What better way to have some light fun, or gain serious insight, with your partner without costing a penny?
It’s an entertaining time and you might find out something very interesting about the person you thought you knew so well. So no harm and no foul, especially since you don’t have to pay to use this app.
PSIQUPE Couples requires Android 4.0.3 and up.
